you may need to remove files in C:\Temp\EasySTEP if you have already installed the EasySTEP viewer
We have selected an Implementor Forum's dataset to allow you to experience the navigation process.
The first step for the user is to select a dataset. (Follow this link to the list of available dataset).
The available views have already been predefined by the team.

Download and install EasySTEP Viewer
Connecting the EasySTEP viewer will enhance your experience!
Prerequisites:
- Runtime Visual Studio 2019 installed. (follow this link for more information)
- create a folder C:\Temp\EasySTEP
- add a variable in "System properties, environment variables: Need help? Click here for more details
- variable name: EasySTEP_ws_URI
- variable value: wss://easystep.boost-lab.net:8081
- EasySTEP_3DViewer.exe, and
- seven ".dll" files
- Click the "Connect" button: the session UUID is created and is automatically copied in the clipboard (also displayed in the console).
- Click on "Connect 3D Viewer"
- Paste (Ctrl V) the session UUID and click on "OK"
- In the App, select the Dataset, with the "Assembly graph" view.
- In the left navigation pane, select "View all" and "Show files".

Extract the content of the package in a dedicated folder (under your user path) and run the viewer by double clicking the .exe file.
The 3D Viewer is now opening.
